1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
We collect data you provide directly: name, email address, and uploaded 3D files. We also collect usage data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics tools.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to process orders and quotes, communicate with you about your projects, improve our platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to fulfil your order), legitimate interest (to improve our services), and your consent where required (e.g. marketing communications).
5. Your 3D files
Files you upload are encrypted in transit and at rest. They are shared only with the supplier assigned to your project and deleted after the order is completed, unless you request otherwise.
6. Data sharing
We share your data with suppliers in our network (limited to what is necessary to fulfil your order), payment processors, and hosting providers. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Order data is retained for 5 years for accounting purposes.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
