These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fabrika platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Fabrika Fabrika is an online marketplace that connects customers with vetted 3D printing suppliers and creators. We facilitate the quoting and ordering process but the print service itself is delivered by independent suppliers.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Fabrika. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Orders and quotes Quotes are generated based on the file and specifications you provide. Final pricing is confirmed at the quote stage and includes applicable taxes and shipping.

4. Your files You retain full ownership of any 3D files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce it and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Fabrika accepts no liability for files that violate third-party rights.

5. Delivery and lead times Estimated lead times are provided at the quote stage and are not guaranteed. Fabrika will make reasonable efforts to meet quoted timelines but is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Quality and complaints If your order does not meet the agreed specifications, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint or partial refund at our discretion.

7. Prohibited use You may not use Fabrika to print items that are illegal, infringe intellectual property rights, or are intended to cause harm. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Fabrika’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

9. Governing law These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.

10. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
